Having Priority Loans Deduction

ON DEDUCTION TABLE → Input ranking

Rules.
1. less first the statutory remitances
2. Take home pay should not be lower that 2,500
Scenario
Basic = 2600;
loan_1 = 200;
Basic = 2600;
Note: Loan Should not be deducted on basic due to 2,500 take home pay rules.
